Looking at the tentative conference agenda at: http://scottishrite.org/2012/01/2012-scottish-rite-leadership-conferences/ it seems like there is some open time after the reception on Friday night. Maybe 7:30 or 8 o'clock.
I wonder if there are any members of the conference committee on this site who could weigh-in on the possibility of discussions groups.
